Remove/Lower Food/Brain Costs
I think it's kind of silly that I have to fork so much in food costs to earn a pittance of more food/brains. I would prefer they eliminate food/brains costs altogether, but then it might be easy for people to accumulate food/brains faster and max out quicker. They could instead limit cost of food/brains to quick fighting for food/brains. Or, they could lower the food/brains requirement so the rewards are a bit better, especially when you consider many top difficulties in raid cost like 2 grand per fight for only a few hundred in crates/dna. Also, many of the cities scale food/brains rewards with food/brains costs, but you don't see a substantial increase in rewards. I've noticed too that many cities, with the exception of Insane, don't really offer much more in terms of food. It seems better to stick to normal or hard to save team power so you can fight with more teams.
Raise Crate/DNA Rewards
Sub-Heading says it all. A few hundred crates/DNA at a time. Makes the grind incredibly boring.
Increase Coin PVP Rewards
The rankings for top leagues are kind of joke for coins when you take in to account that you can only obtain 2 points at most for the top leagues. Have you seen Champion 1 for infected PVP????? One player has almost 14,000 points and it's only 3600 to get in to the league. Yet everyone below 5th place only get 50 points per week if they play. With 2 points per match, 5 per stamina session, cool down, it's not worth it for me to keep going. I could drop back down but then I have to keep playing the game of keeping the same points. Either offer better rewards or close out PVP sessions like once a month and reward after a month; or something.
Increase PVP Bots, Rotate Teams
The only time I see Seth in relation to anything WZ lately is when I play PVP on infected, because really, I'm not going there with survivors. Either lemme play against Jennie again or other bots, or rotate Seth's teams please.
You know how many times I've seen a sale in Fallout Shelter? At least 3-4 since Christmas. They are only at version 1.6 and they have sales on in game purchases fairly often. The only two times I saw a sale in this game from the standard price was for the starter pack and when they made a mistake and made the triplets feature pack the same price as the regular bundle pack. So a starter pack and a mistake. You want my money, give me a deal!
Create weekly events where the guild can team up and take on something. Like Boom Beach does. Give out higher crate/dna rewards, better pack, etc.
Faction War Rewards
Unless you are a top tier player FW is a free uncommon pack at most. Maybe you might put in for a pack with a small amount of coins. Maybe you farm a little crates/dna. But for the average player, it's a low cost and zero effort uncommon pack. Infected. pay the cost of the lowest difficult raid, launch drones only, get no trophies, still get rank and get pack. Once got a legendary with zero trophies. Similar strategy with survivor. Or, just quick fight, FW ends, collect pack. Zero motivation to put in all the effort and time for maybe a rare pack with 25-50 coins when I can get similar rewards from a tier 2 raid.
Hire people who actually play the game
People report bugs, and report the same bugs, and repeat, and repeat, and then are like, do you have a screen shot? Video? You cannot tell me you play the game, even on a semi-regular basis, and seem to be unaware that PERTH REWARDS ARE WRONG. Oh this unit still crashes the game? We weren't aware... These guys still get stuck on walls? "I can't, like, I just can't!"
Every time I see these surprise responses, in the same thread even, I don't understand how they seem unaware. I get that bugs exist and they are aware of them, but ones reported numerous times over the year, and still under the radar. Come on! They say they play, but clearly not enough to notice common bugs. I wouldn't expect them to live on the game, but simple things often require way too much explanation to understand on their part. There is a difference between being aware of issues and stating why they can or cannot fix them, and simply not knowing they exist, despite numerous posts from community members.

I did it just to do it, but the rewards are crap. Also, it's been much easier to complete with level 30 explosives on infected than it was to complete on survivor. Geyser explosive, wrap it up, give me my dna, but it costed more to level my troops than you gave in rewards.
